Breast Oil Dosage: Adult women: Apply topically to affected breast(s) as needed. Castor Oil Dosage: Adults: Apply 60 ml of oil topically to affected area as needed. Apply heat if desired. Apply daily for no less than 3 weeks for warts. Hepato DR® Dosage: Adults: Take 2 mL (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Menopause Support Dosage: Adult women: Take 1.5-2 mL (45-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Do not take immediately before bedtime. Strest® Dosage: Adults: Take 3 mL (90 drops) 2 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. UTI Clear Dosage: Adults: Take 2 mL (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Cautions & Warnings: Breast Oil: Consult a health care practitioner before use in order to exclude a diagnosis of inflammatory breast cancer (a condition with symptoms similar to mastitis). Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Castor Oil: Consult a health care practitioner before use if pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Hepato DR®: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you have gall bladder disease; if you have intestinal obstruction. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Menopause Support: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking antidepressants, blood thinners/anticoagulants or hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy; if you suffer from diabetes; if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner: if menstruation is delayed or absent; if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time; if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Strest®: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, a bipolar spectrum disorder, diabetes, or any type of acute infection; if you are taking antidepressants, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control pills, or heart or blood thinning medications. Consumption with alcohol or other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. UTI Clear: Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are breastfeeding; if you have an autoimmune disorder or a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection; if you are taking immunosuppressants; if you have a chronic kidney disorder or acute pyelonephritis. Do not use if you have diabetes or poor blood circulation. Hepato DR®: Do not use: if pregnant or breastfeeding; if you have a bile duct obstruction; if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, or edema (swelling of hands, face, and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics; if you are allergic to the Asteraceae (daisy) family. Menopause Support: Do not use: if pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy or Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family; if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods, diarrhea or haemorrhagic diseases; if you have a seizure disorder (e.g. epilepsy). Strest®: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. UTI Clear: Do not use: if you are pregnant; if you have gall bladder and/or bowel obstruction or empyema; if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family; if you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.

Castor Oil: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
Hepato DR®: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
Menopause Support: Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, including irritability and insomnia; in which case, discontinue use.
Strest®: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
UTI Clear: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
