Dosage:
Adults: Take 2 vegicaps 2 times daily with a little water with food/meal. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Known Adverse Reactions:
Discontinue use: if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs; if you experience diarrhea. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing.
