As September approaches, many families usually look forward to the excitement and change in routine of starting school – but things are a little different this year.
The back-to-school situation varies among Canadian families as restrictions ease and safety guidelines are established. Making the decision between the classroom or educating at home can be difficult as many parents are apprehensive about the ability of safety measures in schools to protect their children from getting sick. There’s also the worry about kids being exposed to sickness outside of school, in group activities or on the playground, as socialization increases.
