Make staying healthy a treat for kiddos with a simple and fun recipe for Healthy Immunity Gummies!
Recipe Yields 21 gummies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen berries of choice (cherries, strawberry, blueberry, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon organic gelatin granules (or follow packet instructions)
- 3.5 tbsp of Deep Immune® Kids or Deep Immune® Kids Honey & Berry
Method:
- Simmer berries and water in a saucepan for 5-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool and gently push softened berry mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
- Add in vanilla extract and gelatin and stir briskly until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a silicone mold and refrigerate or freeze until solid
- Gently pop gummies out from molds and serve, or store in refrigerator
Note: it’s important to strain berry mixture to remove seeds. Gently mashing the berry mixture during cooking will help with the straining.
